He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Santiago and Eleuteria Santiago (Figueroa); his granddaughter Amanda E. Rodriguez; and his siblings, Alicia Santiago, Carmen Santiago, Gladys Santiago and Cielo Santiago.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Elizabeth Ryan (John Ryan) of Haverhill, Genoves "Tito" Santiago Jr. (Sherri Phinney) of Haverhill, Elaine Melanson (Charles Melanson) of Tyngsboro and Marilyn Santiago (Jose Gaetano) of Haverhill; his siblings, Eva Laureano of Yauco, PR, Ada Santiago of Yauco, PR, Milton Santiago of Yauco, PR, Cain Santiago of Yauco, PR and Adan Santiago of Newark, NJ; his grandchildren, Jordan Santiago, Jonah Kaplan-Santiago, Charles Melanson, Victoria Gonzalez, Angelise Melanson, Mattea Dore and Sophia Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Landon, Mirai, Jozen and Kora.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home (486 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Parish (120 Bellevue Ave, Haverhill, MA 01832).
