He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Stack and Julie Stack (Casazza). He is survived by: his brother David J. Stack (Mary Davies) of Derry, NH; his nephews, Jordan Stack (Allison) of Weymouth, MA and Brendan Stack of Boston, MA; and his niece Allison Stack of Medford, MA.
