Welch of Haverhill, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Nancy Welch. He is survived by: his wife Cindy C. Welch; his parents, Francis M. Welch and Beverly J. Welch (Dion); his pet Scrappy-Doo; his son Frank M. Welch, Jr. of Melrose; his grandson Dante Welch; and his siblings, Trisha Welch of East Boston, Vincent Welch of Billerica and Charles C. Welch of Lynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
