He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta A. Fairbanks (Constantine). He is survived by: his stepfather Robert H. "Beanie" Wentworth of Haverhill; his siblings, Pamela F. Weiner (Robert) of Haverhill and Scott D. Fairbanks (Sharon) of Tyngsborough, MA; his stepsiblings, Robert H. Wentworth Jr. (Tricia) of Raymond, NH, Adam Wentworth (Laura) of Haverhill and Lynn Wentworth (Edward Wroble) of Sarasota, FL; his nephews, Samuel P. Weiner of Boston, Connor P. Perkins of Rochester, NH, Michael T. Perkins of Pepperell, MA and Joshua H. Fairbanks of Tyngsborough, MA.; his fiancé Peterson Vale; and his friend Alfredo Gomez. He is also survived by friends and family.
