We bid farewell to Emelda I. Mowbray of Haverhill, Massachusetts, born in Moncton, New Brunswick, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 1, 2024 at the age of 90. Emelda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. Mowbray; her daughters, Gail Mowbray and Pauline M.; her son-in-law Sandy Basiliere; her siblings, Charles Arsenault, Joseph Arsenault, Doris Walker, Jeannette O'Brien, Anita Duval and Josephine LeBlanc; and her stepsisters, Lorraine and Agnes.
She is survived by: her son Edmund P.; her daughter-in-law Anna Maria Mowbray of Bedford, NH; her daughter Judy M.; her son-in-law Michael Noury of Bradford; her daughter Rachel Bergeron of Ste. Samuel, PQ; her siblings, Edmund Arsenault, Jr. of Haverhill, Emery Arsenault of Haverhill and Diane Coleman of New Hampshire; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Bernadette, Christina, Jennifer, Jason, Derrick, Sarah, Keith, Melissa and Alicia. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Berube-Comeau Funeral Home (47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA 01832). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:15 PM at the same location.
