She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert F. Lowes; and her siblings, Jessie Wilson, Harry Agnew and James Agnew. She is survived by: her children, William H. (Ruth), Kathleen F. Basque (Lowes), MaryEllen Lowes and Victoria A. Lowes; her granddaughter Melanie Muller (John); and her great grandchildren, Jazmyne and Michael Muller of Massapequa, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Penacook Place Nursing Home, 150 Water Street, Haverhill, MA 01830 in Eleanor's name, where she received excellent care and attention from the staff during the three years that she was a resident.
