McNeil, Jr. (Janet Fuller) of Haverhill, Lisa McNeil and Mary Ann Abbott of Haverhill; and his siblings, James McNeil, Brian McNeil, Frank McNeil, William McNeil, Dennis McNeil, Thomas McNeil, Sr., Michael McNeil, Robert McNeil, Joyce A. Heisler, Denise Zielinski, Richard McNeil, Scott McNeil, Rebecca Ball and Karen Dichard. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
