He is survived by: his wife Susan Mustapha (Congo); his children, Donald Mustapha, Jr. and Cortney Bradlee Farmer; his grandchildren, Lillian Mustapha, Vivian Mustapha, Owen Bradlee and Tobin Farmer; and his siblings, Amette Mustapha (Donna Mustapha), Caron Hannigan (James Hannigan), Dale Mustapha, Annette Hoehn (Bruce Hoeh), Brenda Cubelli (Frank Cubelli) and Beverly Mustapha. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
