He was predeceased by: his wife Jan; and his son David M. Cummings. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Nerney (Suzanne) of Bel Air, MD and Jill Snowney (Brian) of Tequesta, FL; his sister Faith Wendell (Donald) of Plaistow, NH; his grandchildren, Jordan Nerney of Raleigh, NC, Jonathan Nerney of Bel Air, MD, Nicolas Snowney (Taylor) of Tequesta, FL, Joseph, Riley and Colin Snowney of Tequesta, FL.; his great grandchildren, Maclen, Sabina and Hayes Snowney of Tequesta, FL.; his niece Jacqueline Parson (David) of Hampstead, NH; and his nephew Scott Connolly (Kathleen) of Hampton Falls, NH..
