He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Minarik and Margaret Minarik. He is survived by: his son Brett Minarik (Phoebe); his grandson Elliot; his siblings, Darlene Santuzzi and Joseph Minarik (Melissa); and also, Derek Strain (Timothy Barnard), Christopher Strain (Margaret Stepanis) and Savannah.
