DiBartolomeo, Daniel M. DiBartolomeo (Jennifer) of Plaistow, NH, Anthony C. DiBartolomeo and Angela Dumont of Haverhill; and her siblings, Donald Chase of Haverhill, Mark Chase of Haverhill, Herbert Chase (Brenda) of Haverhill, Paul Chase of Merrimac, Frederick Chase (Natalie) of Merrimac, David Chase (Analyn) of Merrimac, Ethel Reilly (Frank) of Tampa, FL, Nancy Mckerron (Jack) and Beverly Chase Cote of Pelham, NH. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
