It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen M. Perez Segarra of Haverhill, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Efrain Quiles; and her parents, Cecilio Perez Mercado and Monserrate Segarra. She is survived by: her children, Efrain Quiles Perez, Carmen L. Quiles Perez, Hector Quiles Perez, Juan Quiles Perez and Jose A. Quiles Perez; and her grandchildren, Miguel A. Vega, Erik L. Vega, Ivelisse N. Crespo, Sean L. Valle, Joshua Quiles, Yslen M. Quiles, Christina M. Quiles and Leila M. Quiles. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
