He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Spaulding (Costanzo); his daughter Rachel M. D'Aoust (David J.) of Merrimac; his grandson Jacob D'Aoust; his brother Robert Spaulding of Haverhill; his sisters-in-law, Rose Morrill of Merrimac and Catherine Lash (Tom) of Severn, MD; his nieces, Michelle and Kelley; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Costanzo (Mary) of Litchfield, ME, Vinnie Costanzo (Lynda) of Litchfield, ME and Tony Costanzo (Cindy) of Haverhill.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Center in Methuen.
