She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest E. Leavitt; her parents, Claude A. Wheeler and Florence L. Wheeler (Stuart); her son Robert "Bobby" Leavitt; and her sibling Claude "Sonny" Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Leavitt of Methuen, Cindy Burke of Salem, NH, Brian Leavitt of Methuen, Pamela Webster (Nathan) of Haverhill, David Leavitt (Pisey) of Methuen and Debra Dow of Derry, NH; her brother Gerald Wheeler (Elaine) of Sandy, UT; her sister-in-law Diane Wheeler; and her siblings, Laura Travers and Wayne Wheeler. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
