He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Scaglione and Theresa Scaglione (Grazio). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Scaglione (Peltier) of Haverhill; his children, Holly Casey (Charles) of Salem, NH, Tracy Herward (Erika) of Sandown, NH, Lori Scott (Randy) of Plaistow, NH, Lisa Scaglione of North Andover, Michael Scaglione (Courtney) of Leominster, Toni Scaglione of Haverhill, Bill Herward (Sara) of Hookset, NH and Dan Scaglione (Tiffanee) of Haverhill; and his sisters, Lucille Leeman (Bill) of Haverhill and Madeline Scaglione of Newburyport. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
