He is survived by: his wife Karin Fabrizio (DeSimone); his children, Angela DeSimone of Saugus, Julie Fabrizio of Danvers, Anthony Fabrizio of Danvers and Kimberly Wilson (Matt) of Lebanon, ME; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Ritchie, Jerry, Caden, Chelsea and Taylor; and his great grandchild Jonathan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
