Annette O'Toole Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donato Petrillo and Pasqualina Petrillo (Palumbo); her daughters, Lynn O'Toole (Nicholas Forgione) of Haverhill, MA, Beth O'Toole (late James Byrnes) of Boston, MA and Jean O'Toole of Ocean Grove, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Emily Forgione, Nicholas Forgione, Ryan Forgione, Meredith Gould, Meg Gould and Peter Gould (Taylor Gould).

She is survived by: her husband Eugene T. O'Toole of Clifton, NJ; and her great grandchild Scarlett Gould.
