She is survived by: her husband Alan Goudreau of Pittsburg, NH; her son Jeremy Chaput (Mandy) of Plaistow, NH; her grandsons, Landon and Gavin; her parents, Sheila Rogers of Haverhill and Maurice Chaput; her stepmother Gladys of Chelmsford; her sister Lisa Lacourse (Steve) of Andover; her nieces, Amy and Heather; her brother Jeffrey Chaput (Heidi) of Sandown, NH; her son Jake; her sons, Michael and Ryan Swarbrick; her sister Amy Hogan (Larry) of Tucson, AZ; her daughter Tricia Smith (Marcus); her grandchildren, Julia Presley (Randy) and Jacob Hogan (Tuesday); her son Jim Chaput (Trish) of Chocorua, NH; and also Mackenzie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, step siblings and friends.
