She was predeceased by: her aunt Kathy Hill; her uncle Nick Tuccolo; and her grandparents, Anthony, Elizabeth Canovitch, Domonic and Mavis Tuccolo.
She is survived by: her children, Cameron and Saige Chambers; the father of her children Richard Chambers of Hampstead; her parents, Craig Canovitch and Jeanne Canovitch of Haverhill; her brother Tim Canovitch (Kim) of Haverhill; her uncles, Ken Tuccolo (Linda) of Newton, NH, Dan Tuccolo of Haverhill and Lowell Canovitch (Marianna) of Peabody, MA; and her aunt Lynette Rizzo (Vincent) of Plaistow, NH.
