He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chaff and Irene Chaff (Mailhot); and his siblings, William Chaff, Henry Chaff, Mary Field and Claire Chaff.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Chaff (Salamanca); his daughters, Cheryl A. Rocha of Atkinson, Deborah M. (John R. Mandel) of Acton, Diane M. Stevens (Barry) of Nashua, NH and Darlene R. Conigliaro of Nahant; his siblings, John Chaff (Josie) of Methuen and Irene Bergeron (Ronald); his grandchildren, Kellie Rocha (Heath Gray), Andrew, Timothy Rocha, Brian, Jason, Jonathan Mandel, Tony, Billy and Cayla Conigliaro; and his great grandchild Lillian Gray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
