He is survived by: his daughter Fallon Leger (Shawn); his grandson Noah of Dennis; his great grandchild Kelsi Culver of Sandwich; his mother Sheila O'Toole (John) of Harwich; his brother Shawn Culver (Christine); and his niece Alexis Culver (Jessica Vieira) of Harwich.
