She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Culkin and Muriel Ivy Culkin; her son Brendan; her husband Dan Battles; her son Ryan Battles; her daughter-in-law Susan Battles; and her granddaughter Adelaide Battles. She was also cherished by her family, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Harwich (678 Main St, Harwich, MA 02645). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Parish (5 Barbara St, South Yarmouth, MA 02664).
