It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charmaine Cleaver Lemoine of Harwich, Massachusetts, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Witt and Mae Witt; her husband Milton G. Lemoine; and her children, Douglas Edward, John Hopkins and Denise Marie Lemoine.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Stalker (Cliff) of Harwich Port, Valerie Lord (David) of St. Augustine and Milton (Chip). She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
