O'Toole (Campbell); his parents, Thomas O'Toole and Theresa O'Toole (McGarry); his sister Virginia; his children, Cindy Craine (Brian) of Fairfax, CA, Tom O'Toole (Kay) of Milton, MA, Terry O'Toole (Sandy) of Costa Mesa, CA and Bob O'Toole; his grandchildren, Kerrie Capraro (Pete), Tom O'Toole (Lisa), Chad Cain (Jen) and Courtney O'Toole; and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Makena, Cam, Katie, Malia, Dory, Reilly and Ashley.
