He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Atkinson and Melba Atkinson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Atkinson (Lauder); his daughters, Donna Beling (Steve), Lisa Grose (Dave) and Tracy Atkinson; his grandchildren, Sarah Beling (Adam), Jeffrey Beling (Ali), Hayley Cruz (Abran) and Sam Grose; his sister Doris Maher; and his siblings-in-law, Willa Hogberg and Ken Hogberg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
