He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Teixeira and Gillian Teixeira; his siblings, Alex, Steven Teixeira of Harvard and Margo; his brother-in-law John Lisi; his nephews, Cooper and Vincent Lisi of Holliston; his sister Pam; his brother-in-law Ion Tsinteris; and his nieces, Tess and Irena Tsinteris of Hopkinton.
In remembrance of Jay's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to local museums that delight and discretely teach children.
