He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Andrade, Sr. and Lena F. Andrade (Mello); his children, Mark "Yogi" and Brenda Lee Andrade; and his siblings, Arthur Andrade, Elaine Petkauskas and Barbara Guerard.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly S. Andrade (Tervo) of Hardwick, MA; his sons, Joseph B. Andrade III of Hardwick, MA and Michael W. Andrade of Sterling, MA; his sisters, Inez Clemmer of Northborough, MA, Velma Donohue of Grafton, MA, Gypsy McGrath of Berlin, MA and Jean Powell of Worcester, MA; his grandchildren, Valerie Andrade, Joseph B. Andrade IV and Michael D. Andrade; and his great grandchild Cillian. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
