He is survived by: his wife Jamie Perez (Waugh); his sons, Elijah (Megan Bly) and Lucas Perez; his mother Jean Prouty (Duval); his siblings, Misty Perez Truedson (David Truedson, Jr.), Laura Prouty and Donald Prouty, III (Pamela); his mother-in-law Twig Waugh (Baldyga); his sister-in-law Kelsey Waugh; his niece Bailey; his brother-in-law Chad Waugh (Jessica); his nephew Owen; his niece Kacey Vedder; his grandmother Beverly Perez (Hebert); his nieces and nephews, Penelope Truedson, McKenzie Prouty, Alexys Prouty, Theodore Truedson, R. J., Rylie and Isaac Prouty; and also Cage. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, family members and friends.
