Church; his siblings, Mary Ann Dale, Donald King and Andrea Lipinski; his children, Lance, Maureen King, Brien, Mallory King, Kimberley and Michael King Cavicchi; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha, Coleman, Aarron, Angeline, Oliver and Violet.
