He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Costello and Mary Costello (Flaherty). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Costello (Podgurski); his son Timothy Costello (Melissa); his grandsons, Michael and Matthew of Hanover, MA.; and his sister Mary Anne Costello of North Truro.
