Tougas of Plymouth; his stepchildren, Kelli Plumley (Zane), Jennifer Bednarcyk (Brett) of Amherst and Erinn McCleary of Kingston; his grandchildren, Alison Tougas, Anna Foley, Hailey Tougas, Cassie, Emma, Lexi Plumley, Adia Bednarcyk, Joshua and Zachary McCleary; his great grandchild Oliver McCleary; his parents, Paul E. Tougas and Rita A. Tougas (Pelland); his siblings, Bobby, John, David Tougas and Claudette Batignani (Mike); and his cousin Kenneth Nolan (Jean).
