With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Downey of Hanson, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Downey and Margaret Downey (McLaughlin); his wife Rosemary Downey; his brother Peter Downey; and his aunt Catherine McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Downey and Megan Downey of South Yarmouth, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
