He was predeceased by: his brother Hingham; his father Joseph L. Wagner; and his daughter Julia D. Wagner. He is survived by: his brother Hanson John L. Wagner; his wife Helen L. Wagner (Doody); his children, Joseph L. Wagner (Jennifer) of Pembroke and Rosemary T. Mancuso (Joseph) of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Stephen Azar, Ryan, Dylan Wagner, Joseph Mancuso IV and Alyssa Mancuso; and his siblings, James Wagner of Weymouth, Mary Frances Doody of Chicago, Ill, David Wagner of Ariz, Joni Edenburn of Calif, Joseph, Jr., Bernard, Robert and Richard Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
