He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel D. McColgan and Jeanette T. McColgan (Reynolds); his wife Laura E. McColgan (Calley); his children, Nicole Daley (Thomas) of Weymouth, Michael Calley of Hanson and Daniel McColgan of Hanson; his siblings, Marie Cadigan of Belmont and Steve McColgan of New Bedford; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Ellie Daley and Shane Gray-Calley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home- Hanson (2 Maquan St, Hanson, MA 02341). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Apostles Parish (1 Maquan St, Hanson, MA 02341). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Fern Hill Cemetery.
