She is survived by: her husband Richard Rice; her grandchild Samantha Kempton; her children, Emi Fay and Tommy; and also, Kelly Kempton, Brian Smith, Shane Colson, Erin Colson, Gary Rice, Elizabeth Rice, Michelle Smith, Corinne Rice, Justine Rice-Coogan, Willow Kempton, Taylor Smith, Michael Smith, Olivia Rzucidlo, Avery Rzucidlo, Thomas Baragwanath, Samantha Rice and Haley Rice.
She organized countless fundraisers for local people in need and took monthly donations for major charities including the Jimmy Fund, The March of Dimes and Saint Jude.
