He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Mills (Rust); and his brother Joseph Mills. He is survived by: his children, William P. Mills of Hanson, Lisa Adams (late John) of Hingham, Susan Argiro (Frank) of Weymouth and Alison Cloutier (Lee) of Madbury; his grandchildren, Amanda and Nicholas; and his siblings, Raymond Mills, Margaret Anastasi and John Mills. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
