It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Godfrey of Hanover, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emma DiModica and Salvatore DiModica; her siblings, Emma DiModica and James DiModica; her former husband Leo Godfrey; her children, Denyse Carroll (Jeff) of Manassas, VA, Duane Godfrey (Julie) of Pembroke, MA and Donald Godfrey of Providence, RI.; her grandchildren, Taylor, Madyn, Avery Godfrey and Emma Carroll; and her significant other David Blasenak.
