He was predeceased by: his daughter Dorothy Shea (Peter Shea); and his brother Nicholas Irvine. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Irvine (Pasquale); his children, Patricia Gambon (James Gambon), Joseph Irvine (Kathy Irvine) and Christine Ritchie (Joseph Ritchie); his sister Margaret Devlin; his grandchildren, Alysa, Michael, Meghan, Andy, David, Emma, Mark, Colleen and Scott; and his great grandchild Aaliyah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
