Khoza (Makhunyola), Margaret "Peggy" B. O'Toole Driscoll (Brian Driscoll) of Hanson and Michael P. O'Toole (Luisa) of Wellesley; and his siblings, Sean O'Toole of Norwood and Bridie O'Toole of Norwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
