It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Danehy of Hanover, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Brian L. Danehy; her daughters, Nicole E. Danehy and Rosemary I. Danehy of Hanover, MA.; her parents, Robert D. Wilson and Mary M. Wilson (Vaughn) of Quincy, MA.; and her siblings, Rev. Richard Wilson, Paul Wilson (Jasmine) of Merrimac and Suzanne Weaver of Concord, NH.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

During the current pandemic, Katie worked on the front lines selflessly assisting critically ill patients in the COVID unit.

In lieu of flowers, Katie's family has set up a memorial fund to assist Rosemary and Nicole Danehy with their college education.
