He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Connell and Eleanor O'Connell. He is survived by: his children, John O'Connell, III of Walpole, Timothy O'Connell of Wrentham, Christopher O'Malley of North Conway, NH, Joseph O'Connell (Leanna) of Boston and Genevieve Creel (Nathan) of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Gregory O'Connell (Carole) of Duxbury, Gail O'Connell of Brewster, Ann O'Connor (Kevin) of Marshfield, Matthew O'Connell (Diane) of Marshfield and Ellen Dow (Forrest) of Marshfield. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
