He was predeceased by: his father George W. Rugman Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Lenore Marie Rugman (Codella); his wife Laura Rugman (Denham) of Hanover; his siblings, Lee McParland (Jim), Barbara Cole (Herb), Alan Rugman of Hanover and John Rugman (Nancy) of Pembroke; and his stepdaughters, Fawn Delaney (Craig) and Rachel Tanner of Austin, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
