He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Lewis and Olga Lewis; his siblings, June and Henry Jr.; his wife Mary Ellen; and his children, Timothy and Allyson. He was also cherished by his siblings and cousins, and later nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gary's favorite charities, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and the Spina Bifida Association in honor of his niece, Courtney.
