She was predeceased by: her spouse William H. "Bill" Condon; her parents, John F. Welby and Eileen C. Welby (Fitzgerald); and her brothers, Jack, Kevin and Edward Welby.

She is survived by: her children, Karen L. Ensley (Alan) of Fletcher, N. C. and Kempton F. Shipman (Lorraine) of Port Charlotte, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Kempton F. Jr. of Port Charlotte, Codey L. Shipman of Port Charlotte and Maverick N. Ensley of Fletcher, N. C. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
