He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Lynch and Ann P. Lynch (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Judith E. Lynch (Merritt); his daughter Amy E. Signor (Lynch); his son-in-law Joseph R. Signor III of Hanover; his grandchildren, Emily, Joseph Joshua and Jonathan Signor; his brother Philip E. Lynch (Ruth); his brother-in-law Russell C. Merritt (Jean); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Patrick, Ryan Lynch, Russell C. Merritt III, Danielle Grant, Stephanie Billings, Nathaniel, Nicholas and Jeffrey Merritt; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Calvin, Charlotte Lynch, Brianna, Cameron Thissell and Alexis Billings.
