It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Joseph Teahan Sr. of Hanover, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Teahan and Cora Teahan (McKillop); his wife Mildred Teahan (Murphy); and his brother Robert S. Teahan. He is survived by: his sons, Edward J. Jr. (Susan) of Ipswich and Richard E. (Ellen) of Norwell; his grandchildren, Brittany of Oregon, Kyle (Siobhan) of Maryland, Christina of West Boylston, Kimberly of Alston and Connor (Kayla); his great grandchild Meredith of West Roxbury; his grandchildren, Aidan of Norwell, Natalie of Norwell and Riley of Maryland; and his siblings, Mary Dowd and Donald Teahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Edward's memory to the State Police Association of Massachusetts Benevolent Fund.
