She is survived by: her sisters, Gloria Bickerton of Canton and Emma Sewell of Bothell; her cousin Marie DiLorenzo of Medford; her sons, Paul Vitale (Sandra) of Green Valley and Anthony Vitale (Joan) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Renee Vitale (Steven "Stanley" Lombardi) of Taunton, Anthony Vitale, Jr. (Katie) of Hanover, Maria (Greg "Kevin" Harrington) of Pelham and John Vitale (Heidi) of Pembroke; and her great great grandchild Lydia Ann Vitale. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Connie's name to either the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452 or to Hanover Council on Aging, 665 Center Street, Hanover, MA 02339.
