He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Tony; his parents, Charles Toto and Helen Toto; his sisters, Lea Dmytryck of Litchfield, CT, Helen Font of Milford and Sandra Buckley of Milford; his wife Roxane; and his son Jeff. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
