He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Harold and Mary Shankel (Rodack); and his sister May Davis. He is survived by: his wife Helen Shankel (Andry); his daughters, Wendy Evans and Lisa Quackenbush; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Christopher, Berit, Peter, John and Mary. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
