He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Webber and Jeanette Taylor (Chalero); and his brothers, Alexander and Robert Webber. He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Webber (Colapietro); his sons, Ralph Webber Jr. (Glomelyn) of Ellington, CT and Richard Webber of Hampden; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn and Jason Webber. He is also survived by many extended family members, neighbors, and friends.
